The Vox Tower project—consisting of 275 apartments and 24 penthouse condominiums—will provide a much-needed response to the unanswered demand for downtown living in Spokane. Young professionals, retired persons, and students have all expressed a strong desire for new, innovative downtown living. The Vox is designed to efficiently absorb this demand, offering studio units as well as larger, more flexible floor plans.

Strategically located, the tower will rise from the Havermale Park area between Downtown Spokane, the University District (home to Gonzaga University, as well as the Riverpoint campuses for Washington State University and Eastern Washington University), Sacred Heart and Deaconess Hospitals, and the new Spokane Convention Center.
